THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL PRODUCTS, CONTENT, AND SERVICES OFFERED BY DINA SHAKIR COACHING LLC, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE SOLD OR ACCESSED THROUGH OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITES (HTTPS://DINASHAKIR.COM), AS WELL AS AFFILIATED PLATFORMS SUCH AS CLICKFUNNELS, BIOSITE, INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE, TIKTOK AND ANY OTHER OFFICIAL DINA SHAKIR COACHING LLC SALES OR CONTENT CHANNELS.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") GOVERN YOUR USE OF ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COACHING PROGRAMS, COURSES, TEMPLATES, AND SERVICES ("PRODUCTS") PROVIDED BY DINA SHAKIR COACHING LLC ("COMPANY", "WE", "OUR", OR "US"). BY CHECKING THE BOX ON OUR CHECKOUT PAGE AND COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ("CUSTOMER", "YOU", OR "YOUR") AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
By using our Products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
All content provided in our Products-including but not limited to videos, templates, PDFs, graphics, logos, and written material-is the sole intellectual property of Dina Shakir Coaching LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the content. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.
Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions
You may not use any photographs, video, voice, likeness, or content from Dina Shakir Coaching LLC - including appearances on video, social media, or public platforms - for the purpose of training, generating, or reproducing content through artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning technologies. This includes but is not limited to deepfakes, voice replication, or image generation tools. Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for violation of publicity rights, intellectual property infringement, and misrepresentation.
You may access our Products for your own use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
Our coaching and content are for educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your results and actions.

All sales are final. This includes digital courses, downloads, and tickets to live events. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. Any legally required exceptions (such as those under Canadian or EU consumer protection laws) will be honored in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Dina Shakir Coaching LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dina Shakir Coaching LLC from any claims arising from your use of our Products or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or revoke your access if you violate these Terms. You will receive written notice and have five (5) business days to resolve the issue. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
All disputes will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in the province of Ontario, Canada in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario) and/or the Arbitration Rules of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC). You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.
These Terms are governed by Canadian law. Any legal actions must be brought in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Dina Shakir Coaching LLC with respect to the Products and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or communications, whether written or oral. No other agreement, promise, or representation shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted, limited, or modified as necessary to render it valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
